Medical Receptionist

KIDS Hospital seeks to hire a Receptionist for the night shift with the following description:
Required graduate-level education and at least 1-2 years of experience. Preferred if experience is in hospital/clinic setting.

Role:

- Handling all reception activity during the night shift, primarily attending to telephone enquiries and ensuring smooth process of patient admission, discharge, referral, and casualty admission.
- Attending to patients' needs and requirements, and escalating any urgent matters with the appropriate authority immediately.
- Ensuring all systems, processes, and SOPs are followed properly during the night shift as explained by the Quality Assurance department.
- Maintaining the cash register and ensuring all financial documentation is done as per hospital guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
