Job Title: Associate Sales & Marketing

Experience : 0 to 1 Year

**Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields / MBA or equivalent preferred.**

**Location: Surat**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Management**:Manage incoming leads from various sources and ensure they are accurately captured in the CRM system. Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales team members for further action.

**2. CRM Administration**:Maintain and update the CRM database with all relevant lead and sales information. Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively to track all stages of the sales pipeline.

**3. Follow-Ups**:Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and support the sales team’s efforts. Monitor lead progress through the pipeline and ensure no leads are missed or delayed.

**4. Sales Pipeline Management**:Maintain a clear view of the sales pipeline, including each stage of lead progress. Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on pipeline status and anticipated sales.

**5. Coordination of Sales Meetings**: Arrange meetings between leads and sales team members as needed to support closing deals. Organize and schedule weekly review meetings for the sales team, prepare agendas and track action items.

**6. Reporting and Analysis**:Generate reports on lead activity, sales pipeline, and conversion rates to provide insights to the team. Identify potential improvements in the sales process and suggest recommendations to optimize efficiency.

**7. Exhibition Coordination**:Organize and support the team’s participation in exhibitions, handling logistics and lead tracking.

**Associate - Sales & Marketing Requirements: Proven experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.**

Proficiency in CRM software (experience with [specify CRM if required] preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
