**Graphic Designer (with motion,3D, illustration and visual exp)**

- Able to multitask, handle numerous projects simultaneously, and adeptly adjust to changing priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grasp the company's existing visual design identity, construct visual systems, and internal templates, and create engaging graphics and illustrations.
- Thoroughly understand our products and features, producing visually appealing designs that effectively communicate to our audience.
- Develop social media posts centered around the company's offerings and core value propositions.
- Continuously refine and improve pitch decks, brochures, website elements, and app components to accommodate their evolving nature.
- Contribute to creating assets for our products and play a crucial role in establishing a cohesive visual design system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience and an impressive portfolio as an **illustrator** or **3D artist**, and willingness to learn the necessary design tools.
- Ability to convey messages through visuals/graphics and translate concepts into captivating designs.
- Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals: typography, layouts, composition (8pt grid system), hierarchy, balance, colors, spacing, images, styles, alignment, icons, etc.
- Proficiency in tools like Illustrator, Figma, and/or Cinema4D/Blender/other 3D design and rendering tools (e.g., Keyshot).
- Preferred skills in motion graphics (After Effects), creating assets in the form of Lottie/GIFs, and video editing (Premiere Pro).
- Video Editing experience with Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro/Avid is a plus.
- Copywriting skills for crafting compelling content that highlights product features and effectively communicates their advantages to users.
- Basic knowledge of UI design (Figma) and a fair understanding of UX processes in product design.
- Basic photography knowledge (ISO, Shutter Speed, and Aperture) is a plus.
