Showroom Manager

* Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Create and execute effective merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
