Founded in 2018 by a team with careers in private equity, technology and consulting, we are one of Europe’s top 100 fastest growing scale-ups with hubs in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Warsaw and Bangalore. **What does the role entail?** - You will play an active role in setting up and leading a best-in-class research team, ready for significant scaling up to 200 FTEs within 36 months - You will design and execute a Americas coverage strategy for the firm - Your role is centered around the following important topics: - Research: you execute coverage roadmaps and ensure the highest quality standards of financial, market and business research on our platform - Recruitment: you will hire our team of research analysts to meet the group’s content targets - Leadership and team management: you train, develop and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal and professional growth - Strategic initiatives: you continuously identify and own improvement opportunities, both regionally and at the company level - Technology: you identify and drive technical initiatives to automate our workflow even further - After having more than doubled our ARR in 3 consecutive years, Gain.pro is now all about (international) scaling.
