Salary**:25,000 to 27,000 **per month

Experience: 2- 3 years

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Opening of job file and deployment of packers in co-ordination with Asst Manager.
- C0-ordination with domestic transport agency for inbound goods.
- Assessment of damages and rectification
- Collection of job turnout report and other documents.
- Dispatch of J.T.R and other related documents to origin offices
- Collection of balance payment from customers.
- Arrange for delivery, obtain JTR and all other related documents as per procedure.
- Maintenance of all documents for inbound jobs.
- Preparation of goods request form TI / F /OPN / 27.
- Site inspection for inbound shipments.
- Maintain staff overtime register.
- Registering customer complaints and damages.
- Co-ordinate with Asst Manager for insurance claims
- Monitoring the performance of crew, identifying the training needs, train & evaluate.
- Maintenance of Training documents/records.
- Issue of cash, receipts for charges, collect shipment.
- Authorization of work sheet / goods request note in the absent of DPM
- Authorized to Sign Fuel Slips for vehicles.

Responsible for reports:
1. OPN/04 - Checklist Domestic inbound

2. OPN/17 - Claim Form

3. OPN/18 - Claim Settlement Form

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
