**Urgently Required General Steel and Fire Doors Technician - Chennai**

**Doors Technician**

A door installer specializes in installing and repairing different types of doors in commercial and residential establishments, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. Their daily duties typically revolve around meeting with clients to identify their needs and preferences, obtaining measurements on installation sites, providing cost estimates, conducting damage inspections, troubleshooting problems, replacing or fixing components, and handling documentation. They may also perform regular maintenance checks and participate in constructing doors. Moreover, a door installer must maintain an active communication line with co-workers for smooth operations

**Role**: Door Installation - Experience: 1-4 year

**Salary**: Based on experience and qualification

**Skills**: Technical knowledge in installation and commissioning and troubleshooting of General steel doors and fire rated doors,

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting construction sites to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Need to travel across Chennai TN,Andhra,Pondicherry
- Strong Technical Knowledge

1 Proven working experience in/nearby Doors project.

2 Supervision skills

3 Strong communication and interpersonal skills ( English,Tamil and Hindi )

4 Proficiency in equipment’s troubleshooting knowledge and installation procedures

5. Ready to work in all season
