**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Consultation and Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient hair loss, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
- Educate patients on hair loss causes, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
- **Hair Transplantation Procedures**:

- Perform FUE and FUT hair transplantation procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Harvest and prepare follicular units for transplantation.
- Create recipient sites with meticulous attention to angle, density, and distribution.
- Ensure optimal graft survival and natural-looking results.
- **Pre
- and Post-Operative Care**:

- Provide detailed pre-operative instructions and post-operative care guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and manage any complications.
- Perform follow-up consultations to assess results and address patient concerns.
- **Clinical Management**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hair transplantation techniques and technology.
- Potentially perform other dermatological procedures as needed.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with other medical professionals and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Train and supervise assistant medical staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Dermatology.
- Completion of a fellowship or specialized training in hair transplantation preferred.
- Extensive experience performing FUE and FUT hair transplantation procedures.
- Proficiency in using hair transplantation instruments and equipment.
- Strong understanding of hair anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail.
- Valid medical license in [State].

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with robotic hair transplantation systems.

Pay: ₹233,399.52 - ₹1,037,705.41 per year
