We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor to join our team at Arena Animation. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for providing counseling and guidance services to students who are interested in pursuing a career in animation,vfx,gaming, graphics and web.

You will be responsible for making sure that the students’ academic background and interests match the courses offered at our institution. You will also be responsible for providing information about admission procedures and policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide counseling and guidance to prospective students who are interested in enrolling in animation programs.
- Assist applicants in the enrollment process by providing information about admission requirements, deadlines, and other procedures.
- Answer questions and provide guidance and advice related to the program content, study materials, and methods of instruction.
- Assess applicants’ educational backgrounds and interests to determine the best fit for the program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school guidance counselors, parents, and other educational institutions.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the courses offered at our institution and the animation industry at large.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to admission trends and student enrollment.
- Provide support to the admissions team in all other areas as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in animation, education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as an admissions counselor or in a related role.
- Knowledge of the animation industry and the different types of animation programs available.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
