Applies judgement within defined procedures to determine appropriate next steps. Generally, works independently within defined outcomes and timeframes. - Receives general guidance on routine, established tasks and more detailed guidance on new projects or programs. - At this level, the Agile Partner is responsible for facilitating daily stand-up meetings, ensuring adherence to Agile practices within a single team, and introducing team members to basic Agile Engineering practices. - They play a key role in supporting the implementation of scaled agile practices at the team level and assist in the selection and implementation of agile tools, focusing on enhancing team collaboration and communication_._ **To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience**: - Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Conduct daily stand-up meetings for a single team, focusing on efficient communication. - Remove Impediments and Shield the Team: Remove impediments for a single team, ensuring a smooth workflow within daily operations. - Promote Adoption of Agile Practices: Provide basic agile practice education to new team members, ensuring they understand the team's workflow and ceremonies. - Provide Agile Governance and Oversight: Ensure that a single team follows Agile practices correctly, using tools and checklists to track adherence. - Facilitate Effective Communication: Facilitate daily communications within a single team, ensuring that all members are informed about project updates and team activities. - Support Backlog Management: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is detailed and prioritized according to the team's needs for a single team. - Monitor and Report on Progress: Track daily progress within a single team, using agile tools to report on sprint achievements and challenges. - Foster Continuous Improvement: Facilitate the collection and discussion of feedback within a single team, implementing small-scale improvements. - Assess, Implement, and Support Agile Tool Adoption: Assist in the selection and implementation of agile tools for a single team, focusing on tools that enhance collaboration and tracking. - Drive Adoption of Agile Engineering Practices: Share basic information on Agile Engineering practices like continuous integration, test-driven development, and automated testing with the team, emphasizing their importance for improving quality and efficiency. - Support Scaled Agile Practices: Support the implementation of scaled agile practices within a single team, facilitating the understanding of how individual team practices contribute to larger goals.
