We are now hiring an **experienced, creative and dynamic DOP/Cinematographer** to join our core team.

**Role: Director of Photography / CinematographerWhat You'll Do**
- Lead cinematography for **Ad Films, Corporate Films, Brand Videos, Documentaries, Docu-Dramas, Fiction Shorts**, and social campaigns.
- Translate scripts and creative briefs into **powerful visual storytelling**.
- Handle complete **camera, lighting, composition, lensing & shot design**.
- Work closely with Directors, Producers and Art Directors.
- Guide camera crew, gaffers, grips and assistants.
- Maintain cinematic quality meeting **broadcast, digital & cinematic standards**.
- Innovate with modern visual techniques & on-field efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **4-10 years** of professional experience as Cinematographer/DOP.
- Strong portfolio across multiple formats:

- Ad Films
- Corporate Films
- Fiction & Short Films
- Documentaries
- Docu-Drama
- Social Impact Films
- Expertise in:

- Sony FX Series / RED / Blackmagic / ARRI
- Lighting (indoor & outdoor)
- Gimbal, Drone & Motion Camera Operations
- Color, exposure, dynamic range
- Frame composition & shot aesthetics
- Must be comfortable with **travel, multi-location shoots & fast-paced environments**.
- Strong visual sense, discipline and creative judgment.
