RPASolution Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develops and configures automation processes as per the solution design document (SDD) to meet the defined requirements.
- Approaches development from a modular point of view, ensuring reusability and ease of maintenance
- Configure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and hardened automation
- Perform testing of the solution in accordance with standardized test practices - Support teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phases
- Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices and standard operating procedures Attributes
- Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
- The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches with well documented, supportable and extensible developments
- Ability to facilitate effective interaction between clients, suppliers, and ISG colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good client interaction skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation

Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

- An IT or Business Degree - 3+ years of professional services experience preferably on automation and/or integration projects
- Understands software development methodology, configuration management and lifecycle
- Must have experience in Automation Anywhere version 11 and A2019 - 1-2 years of experience with one or more of the following is required:
Business process automation Professional services Robotic process automation Shared services, back office or financial work processes Experience in Automation Anywhere version 11, A360 is a must along with one or more of the following is required: Cognitive software tools C# and/or Java, html, css Microsoft Technology (VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services) Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc.) - Certification in Automation Anywhere is preferred:
