The role involves ensuring the quality of the knit fabric, troubleshooting machine issues, and following safety procedures to meet production targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification in têxtile/knitting operations is a plus).
- Previous experience in knitting machine operation or têxtile manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of circular knitting machines and knitting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret production and quality control documents.
