Ensuring timely roll-out of curriculum, syllabus completion and student work correction for Grades K to 12.Managing day-to-day implementation of curriculum and also ensuring quality in curriculum delivery.Establishing quality standards & practices in domains of schooling of teaching & learning environment.Ensuring the coordinators give regular feedback to the teaching staff regarding correction and curriculum related issues.Investing in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff and ensuring professional development and training of all teachersDeveloping and mentoring Coordinators through the feedback mechanism and ensuring their retention and engagementDeveloping potential successors by identifying, developing and retaining top talentManaging retention and engagement of all staff - Grades K to 12.Creating a cooperative school-parent relationship and facilitating the participation of parents related to the education of their children.Ensuring that the policy of inclusion is adopted appropriately and COWB functions effectivelyCollaborating with various departments and forwarding any issues or suggestions to the Principal.Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents, and Head Office personnel POSITION TITLE Vice Principal : Grades K to 12 REPORTS TO Principal JOBDESCRIPTIONPlanning and organizing school events and field trips as well as assisting various committees.Establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with parents, staff, and studentsHelping with the development of school processes and systems on a regular basisUpdating student and school records, analyzing Argus usage and student performance data, ensuring remedial teaching and addressing academic concerns raised by students, staff, and parentsRemaining active and ensuring students’ safety and hygiene at School, on field trips and during school functionsPrevention and control of sexual or any other harassment within the school.Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
