**Department**: Production / Operations

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Production Planning & Execution**:

- Plan and execute daily/shift-wise production targets.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all production meets quality standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective measures.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce workplace safety rules and proper use of protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with factory standards.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise operators, workers, and helpers on the production floor.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve on-floor issues.
- Train and guide new workers as per process requirements.
- **Material & Inventory Monitoring**:

- Ensure availability of raw materials and components.
- Control wastage and maintain proper material usage records.
- **Machine & Equipment Maintenance**:

- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Report breakdowns and follow up with the maintenance team for quick resolution.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare daily and shift-wise production reports.
- Track output, downtime, and quality parameters.
- Maintain production and manpower data for audits and review.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Implement process improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
- Suggest ideas to improve productivity and reduce rework.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Store, Dispatch, and Purchase teams.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of production as per customer requirements.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
