**Hiring for Admission Counsellor - Study Abroad**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Understanding Student Profiles and Desired Courses**
- Initial Consultation & Interest and Strength Assessment:

- Schedule a meeting to discuss the student's academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Evaluate their academic records, test scores (like SAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS), and extracurricular activities.
- Use assessments or questionnaires to understand their interests and strengths.
- Discuss various fields of study and their future prospects.

**2. Assisting with University/College and Program Selection**
- Research, Shortlisting & Application requirements:

- Research universities and colleges that offer the desired courses.
- Consider factors such as university ranking, location, tuition fees, faculty, and campus facilities.
- Shortlist institutions that match the student's profile and preferences.
- Review the admission requirements for each shortlisted institution.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Study Abroad counselling.
- Counselling students for overseas education in countries like Germany, France, USA, and other European countries.
- Good in MS Office, CRM, Analytics/Numbers, and metrics.

**Base location: Jail Road, Tilak Nagar**

**Work from office**

**Shift Timings: 10:00am-6:30pm**
