**Job Summary**:
The Telecaller will play a crucial role in generating new gym memberships and retaining existing members. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential and current members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Cold call potential customers to generate interest in the gym's services.
- Follow up with leads to schedule appointments or close sales.
- Provide detailed information about gym memberships, facilities, and programs.
- **Inbound Calls**:

- Answer incoming calls from potential and current members.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Membership Sales**:

- Close sales of gym memberships by effectively addressing objections and highlighting the benefits of joining.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the gym.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Proactively reach out to existing members to address concerns and encourage continued membership.
- Promote member retention programs and events.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,448.45 per month
