Roles and Responsibilities:

Degree: Recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree) in relevant fields

Certifications: Any relevant certifications or coursework

Internships/Projects: Relevant internships, volunteer work, or academic projects that showcase practical experience in the field.

Any customer service or administrative roles that demonstrate skills in communication, organization, and teamwork.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.

Basic understanding of financial principles, especially in billing or accounts receivable.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Capable of effectively interacting with team members, clients, or patients.
