Havc Operations

Responsibilities:

- Manages and develops the service, installation, or sales staff, including hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees.
- Schedules employees, sets work priorities, conducts staff meetings, and evaluates performance.
- Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieves monthly budgeted revenue and manages labor expenses to stay within budget guidelines.
- Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs.
- Conducts research and participates in the marketing process of the department.
- Generates reports and measures of departmental operations and reviews reports with management.
- Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship.
- Reviews payroll records to ensure proper payment of technicians and compliance with record keeping.
- Conducts job site inspections and ensures employees have proper tools for the job.
- Monitors preventive maintenance of vehicles and evaluates staff training requirements.
- Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring assets are protected and controlled.
- Observes all safety and company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
