**Role Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Documentation & Record Keeping**
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, or internal software to manage recruitment and training trackers.
**Calling & Follow-Up**
- Explain job roles, verify interest, and collect essential information.
- Maintain a calling log and update statuses of each lead.
**Operational Support**
- Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and onboarding logistics with internal teams.
- Assist in smooth placement of caregivers by communicating with the deployment team.
**Scheduling & Coordination**
- Maintain appointment calendars for training and onboarding events.
**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure all admin processes meet internal documentation and verification standards.
**Required Skills**:
- Confident in phone-based communication, especially in Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in maintaining records.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM-like tools.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups professionally.
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in admin, customer service, or telesales roles preferred.
