We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing agency. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic website traffic and improving search engine rankings for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective SEO strategies, ensuring maximum visibility and online success.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for website optimization and content creation.

Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Perform website audits and provide recommendations for technical SEO improvements.

Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, identifying areas for optimization.

Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and keyword usage, to enhance search engine visibility.

Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.

Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to stay current with SEO best practices.

Generate regular SEO performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to clients.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO tools, techniques, and industry trends, sharing knowledge within the team.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.

Familiarity with website analytics and data interpretation.

Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
