
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EV industry, including OEMs, fleet operators, and other potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our EV manufacturing products, technologies, and services.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and technical specifications to clients.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and product training sessions as needed.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and terms.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- **Performance Metrics**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the automotive or EV manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of EV technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
