**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling
- Prepare and dispatch orders in coordination with the logistics team
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse as per safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to plan material availability
- Handle documentation including GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery challans, and invoices
- Supervise loading/unloading activities and manage labor as needed
- Graduate or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in store or warehouse operations (experience in FMCG or beverage sector preferred)
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems (Excel, ERP, or WMS)
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance requirements
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
