Job Title: Sales Officer (Techno Marketing)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Qualifications:
Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ready mix concrete industry

Strong understanding of concrete materials and mix designs

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to conduct trials and demonstrations effectively

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction industry

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Willingness to travel frequently

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Concrete Additive Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our novel additive that increases the strength of concrete. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the ready mix concrete industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential customers in the ready mix concrete industry

Conduct trials and demonstrations of the additive to showcase its effectiveness

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets

Provide technical support and guidance to customers

Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts

Qualities We're Looking For:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
