Graphics Designer

Full Job Description

We are in search for a Graphic Designer who can create engaging, innovative, original, and on-brand

graphics for a variety of media. Design or create graphic designs to meet specific commercial or

promotional needs. you’d need to create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.

Should be a passionate and inventive creator of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns;
accustomed to performing in deadline-driven environments with an emphasis on working within

budget requirements.

Preferred Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro,

Blender 3D, Adobe InDesign

Major Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determines requirements
- Schedule projects and defines budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas (video and other graphics)
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce a final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Key Skills:

- Should be a creative person who can come up with ideas and concepts through images

and motion graphics.
- Should be comfortable in handling multiple designing tools and software.
- Should be able to multitask, juggle multiple assignments, and meet all established

deadlines.
- Need to know how to develop legible, well-designed typography.
- 1-3 years of proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator,

Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
- The ability to create short videos (infographics/motion graphics) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
