**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive information about our institution's educational programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities to interested students.
- Assess and understand the educational needs and aspirations of prospective students, tailoring counseling sessions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in the education industry and maintain in-depth knowledge of our institution's offerings.
- Track and manage leads, student inquiries, and enrollments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to drive student leads and conversions.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance counseling skills.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in educational counselling, sales, or marketing is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and enquiries simultaneously

Basic computer skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

As an Education Counselor on a commission basis, you will be eligible to earn a competitive commission for each successful student enrolment. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
