Bending Machine Operator

**Job Function include**:

- Set up and prepare bending machines for operation by installing and adjusting tools, dies, and guides according to specifications.
- Examine materials to be bent, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Program and calibrate the bending machine by entering the necessary parameters, such as dimensions, angles, and bending force, into the machine's computerized control system.
- Operate the bending machine to bend materials according to blueprints, drawings, or work orders, while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on bending machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or defective parts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.

**Requirement**:

- Previous experience with bending machines.
- Capacity to identify and address issues that may arise during the bending process.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
