**What You’ll Do**:
As a Junior Copywriter - Digital, you will:

- Collaborate with designers and strategists to create impactful brand communication.
- Brainstorm and contribute to ideas for campaigns, reels, and content calendars.
- Adapt copy for different formats - long-form blogs, ad headlines, scripts, and captions.
- Stay updated with digital trends, pop culture, and evolving consumer behavior.
- Ensure brand tonality and voice are consistent across all communications.

**What We Want**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Has 1-2 years of experience in copy/content writing (preferably in an advertising or digital agency).
- Is fluent in English with strong grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling skills.
- Understands how to write for social media, digital ads, and web audiences.
- Is creative, curious, and able to think in both short, punchy copy and long-form storytelling.
- Can collaborate with teams and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
- Believes in ownership, deadlines, and Tempest’s values.
