We are Performance Max, a leading marketing agency, and we're on the hunt for a talented Organic Social Media Marketer intern to join our team As an intern with us, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in the world of social media marketing.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for our clients
2. Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
4. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
5. Collaborate with the content team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively share findings with the team
7. Assist in managing and organizing social media content calendars and schedules, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
