We are looking for a Trainer -Digital who will be training young entrepreneurs on different aspects of Digital marketing such as Facebook advertising, Google Adwords, Social Media Marketing, SEO, YouTube Marketing, Website Creation etc.

**Role**:

- Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.
- Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.
- Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.
- Maintaining progress report of student, handling internal MIS system (encore) and involving day-to-day reporting.
- Helping with students’ mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure.
- Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality.
- Maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments.

**Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background**:

- Any Graduate Preferably from IT Background.
- At least 6 months - 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer position preferred.
- Should have energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, strong convincing skills and be willing to work on multiple assignments.
- Strong people management and orientation towards relationship building
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and English.
- Should understand the importance of technology and believe in the cause to reduce digital divide in the society.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
