Position: Voice Support Executive
- Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to (Fix Shift)
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed offs)
- Work Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Visa Verification queries with precision and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service in the Domestic Voice Process.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduated.
- Experience: Freshers/Experienced with at least 6 months in telecalling or customer service expereience.

**Salary**:

- HSC Fresher - ₹14000 In hand
- Graduate Fresher - ₹15,000 In hand
- Experience - upto ₹20,000 In hand
