Job Summary:
We are looking for freshers who are eager to start their career in precision machining. This role involves operating CNC machines and manual lathe machines used in the production of high-precision medical device components. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating CNC and lathe machines under supervision.
- Learn to set up and adjust machines for different jobs.
- Read and understand basic technical drawings (training support provided).
- Handle tools and components safely and accurately.
- Support in quality checks using basic measuring instruments (vernier, scale).
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols during production.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of CNC/Lathe machine operations (from ITI or Diploma training).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Discipline and punctuality.
- Understanding of shop floor safety rules.
Eligibility:
- ITI (Turner/Fitter/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical/Production.
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience.
- Ready to work in shifts (if required).
- Passionate about working in the medical device or precision engineering industry.
