Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance (wiring, circuit repairs, panel maintenance, etc.).
- Handle plumbing work such as pipeline installation, leakage repairs, fittings, and maintenance of water systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues promptly and safely.
- Ensure all maintenance work is done in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain logs of work done and report issues to the facility manager.
- Support other facility-related work as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and plumbing work (industrial or commercial preferred).
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in both trades.
- Ability to read wiring and plumbing diagrams.
- Physically fit, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures.
