Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide domain leadership during system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities, recommending optimal solutions.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities by providing domain insights and validation.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure functional integrity of delivered solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and Hansen product updates to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the utilities or telecom industry, with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hansen CCB.
- In-depth knowledge of customer lifecycle management, billing, collections, payments, and rate structures.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes clearly.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Prior Experience in Hansen CCB Migration

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hansen CCB certification or formal training.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in utility billing (e.g., GDPR, SOX, energy market regulations).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Prior experience in business process reengineering or digital transformation projects.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
