**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assessment**:

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- **Dental Procedures**:

- Conduct a variety of procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Administer local anesthesia and sedation to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- **Preventive Care**:

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
- Provide dietary and lifestyle advice to promote better oral health.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Refer patients to specialists when advanced treatment is required.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the dental practice.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and training opportunities.
- Participate in professional organizations and attend workshops to enhance clinical skills.
- **Practice Management**:

- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Assist in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote dental services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited institution.
- **Licensure**: Valid dental license to practice in [State/Country].
- **Experience**: Previous clinical experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- **Attributes**: Compassionate, patient-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality dental care.
