**About the Department / Vertical/ Section**:
The SAP CoE is responsible for running and maintaining the SAP system for TVSM and group companies. Also responsible for rolling out solutions in new division or entities of TVSM and group companies. Some of the core modules in use are FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM and integration with other systems like Salesforce CRM, O9 Solutions, DarwinBox etc.

**Purpose of the role**:
We are seeking an experienced **SAP FI/CO Lead** to manage and deliver financial and controlling solutions within our organization. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to design, implement, and optimize SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules to meet business needs and drive efficiency.

**Role Description**

**1. Project Leadership**
- Lead SAP FI/CO implementation and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP FI/CO-related matters.

**2. System Design & Configuration**
- Design, configure, and test SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Orders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and implement SAP solutions.

**3. Business Partner Collaboration**
- Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Provide guidance on SAP best practices to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Conduct workshops to gather detailed requirements and align SAP functionality with business processes.

**4. Support & Maintenance**
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP FI/CO modules.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system reliability.
- Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation.

**5. Process Optimization**
- Analyze and optimize financial and controlling processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Implement SAP solutions to support compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

**6. Integration & Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) for seamless system integration.
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage interfaces, workflows, and custom developments.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**
- Chartered Account with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum **9+ years** of experience in SAP FI/CO modules with leadership responsibilities.
