**Job description**:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Medical/ Pharma Sector preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct campaigning activity for the company brand promotions
- Plan and execute activities for the Patient leads. Promotion, Distribution, advertising and branding activities planning
- Update the business development report to the management
- Create Sales Strategies and implementation
- Review and improvise and work accordingly. Plan and execute the business development and Marketing plan periodically in concern with the superior and management and close the monthly Target. Close the Monthly Sale as per the target assigned
- Review the Market and prepare customer segmentation
- Follow up with existing and new potential retail Leads and convert to a new Centre Grow revenue from existing current and new customer base Implement locally all national promotions and programs
- Maximize share in existing accounts Maintain consistent customer contact and relationships Market feedback on competitors' activity and offerings

**Required skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in the science stream
- Relevant experience in selling products to Medical device industry, Pharmaceuticals, FM CG, Hospitals, Institutes, and Hearing aid centers
- Experience in generating new sales via cold calls
- Strong positive can-do attitude

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Business development: 4 years (preferred)
- Medical Devices & Equipment: 4 years (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical sales: 4 years (preferred)
