Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand design briefs to create visually compelling templates for internal communication, social media graphics, animation videos, presentations, and other requirements.
- Develop creatives for digital platforms and websites primarily, and occasionally for print.
- Design and develop templates for events, festivals, key initiatives, and program rollouts.
- Engage in video shooting and editing as needed.
- Experience in Coral Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe.
- Education qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Graphic/Communication Design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, ideation, branding, typography, composition, colors, and design for print and web.
- Proficiency in creating visuals using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Video editing skills would be a plus.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Openness to constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of Quality Control for all assigned work.
- Organize all design deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.
- Awareness of current trends in business, design, and technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
