**Job Description-**

**Responsibilities**

**1. Architectural Design**:

- Development Leadership: Lead the technical roadmap and architectural decisions for microservices implementation using Java and Spring Boot.

**2. Cloud Solutions**:

- Design, implement, manage, and monitor complex AWS Cloud Solutions and infrastructures, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for development and architecture.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

**4. Technical Guidance**:

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, resolving technical issues and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

**5. Documentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for software architectural designs, decisions, and methodologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and operations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and address any issues.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and ReactJS.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex software projects.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and AWS.
- Strong experience with frontend technologies including ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Spring Data JPA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading technical teams and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Extensive experience as a React developer with a strong emphasis on Microfrontends (MFE), Jest testing, cache management, performance optimization, and persona management.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in React-based projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies
- Experience on SASS or LESS and writing modular scalable style sheets.
- Expertise in Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of caching strategies and cache management techniques.
