Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as prospective students' primary point of contact, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the enrolment process.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students' educational goals and career aspirations and fit within our digital marketing programs.
- Advise students on program offerings, curriculum, course details, and career prospects to help them make informed decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our digital marketing courses and stay updated with industry trends to address student queries effectively.
- Coordinate batch scheduling, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and maintaining a balanced student-to-faculty ratio.
- Conduct follow-up activities with prospective students to meet their needs, answer additional questions, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop counselling materials, brochures, FAQs, and other resources.
- Track and maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrolment status, and relevant information using our CRM system.
- Attend education fairs, conferences, and other events to represent the institute and provide counselling services on-site.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing to provide relevant insights and recommendations to students.
- Collaborate with faculty members to identify and address areas where additional counseling support may be required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Counsellor or in a similar student counselling role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and understand students from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or student management software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Empathetic and patient approach towards student counselling, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions tailored to individual student needs.
- Experience in the field of education or digital marketing is a plus.
