**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reception for office
- Student attendance reports for audits
- Updating student list
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

**Qualifications**
- High school education, additional office management diploma preferred.
- Two to three years of experience within an office or educational environment requiring similar duties;
- High level skills with MS Office including: MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technology;
- Team oriented;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Should have good command over English Language.

**Experience**

IELTS/PTE : 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
