Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Home Appliance Showroom)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive at our Home Appliance Showroom. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling home appliances, as well as implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors in the home appliance industry.

3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

4. Assist customers in selecting the right home appliances based on their requirements and budget.

5. Demonstrate the features and functionalities of appliances to customers to enhance their understanding.

6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to showcase product offerings and promotions.

7. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.

10. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

11. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in home appliances and the retail industry.

12. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the showroom and its products.

13. Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team regularly.

14. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.

15. Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive in the retail or home appliance industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.

3. Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.

4. Knowledge of home appliances and their specifications to assist customers effectively.

5. Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and CRM systems.

8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
