**JOB DESCRIPTION - Interior Designer.**

Job Title: Interior Designer

Level: Executive / Senior Executive

Department / Function: Design / Projects

Reporting Supervisor: Head - Design / Project Head

**II. JOB PURPOSE**

To design, coordinate, and execute interior spaces for PS Group’s residential and commercial projects, ensuring superior aesthetics, functionality, and quality in line with the brand standards, timelines, and budgets.

**III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Core Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations for sample flats, clubhouses, and other project spaces.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, material specifications, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely and quality project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design standards.
- Source, evaluate, and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting elements.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs, specifications, and cost summaries in MS Excel.
- Ensure all designs align with PS Group’s brand aesthetics and customer expectations.
- People Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal design, project, and procurement teams.
- Guide site teams and vendors on design intent, detailing, and finishing quality.

**IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- Timely completion of design deliverables and approvals.
- Quality and finish standards achieved at site.
- Adherence to project budget and timelines.
- Vendor coordination effectiveness and material quality.
- Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.

**V. JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a recognized institution/ B.SC.

Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of experience in interior design and execution for real estate, residential, or commercial projects. Experience with reputed developers or interior design firms preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory). Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory). Working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit preferred. Strong sense of design aesthetics, material selection, and detailing. Good project management and coordination skills.

Behavioural Skills: Creative, detail-oriented, and organized. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach with ability to multitask. Team player with problem-solving mindset.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Bengali preferred.

**VI. KEY INTERACTIONS**

Key Internal Contacts: Design Team, Project Execution Team, Procurement Department, Sales & Marketing.

Key External Contacts: Vendors / Contractors / Suppliers, Architects and Consultants, External Designers (if applicable).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
