Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients’ internal organs and tissues.
- Appropriately positioning patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
- Performing regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.
- Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
- Correctly interpreting doctors' written scanning instructions.
- Administering radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.
- Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
- Explaining scanning procedures to patients and providing reassurance and support as required.
- Be responsible for calibrating, maintaining and troubleshooting radiologic equipment
- Be involved in stocking general supplies or ordering as requested
- Applies knowledge regarding MRI safety to all patients, visitors, staff members and equipment, including prescreening accuracy and equipment integrity in the magnetic field
- Injects contrast material according to protocol to allow for the enhancement of anatomical structures
- Able to work with varying technologies such as Meditec, PACS
- Report any equipment malfunctions and place service call as needed
- Documentation.Maintain accountability for proper documentation of exams and procedures
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge and utilization of all CT scan equipment and film and takes appropriate actions when service calls are required
- Provides safe and effective IV contrast administration, including IV catheter insertion
- Perform complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners and related equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures.

**CT Technologist Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or associate's degree in radiologic technology.
- State license to work as a CT technologist.
- Certified by the American Registry of radiologic technologists (ARRT).
- Proven experience working as a CT technologist.
- CPR and BLS certification.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
