**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair battery systems in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections, voltage checks, and performance tests.
- Troubleshoot battery issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform **soldering** tasks during battery assembly and repair.
- Replace defective or expired battery units.
- Maintain detailed service records and logs.
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of batteries and related materials.
- Keep the workspace clean and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist in battery stock management and capacity planning.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in battery maintenance (industrial, solar, or automotive).
- Familiarity with battery types like **VRLA**, **AGM**, and **lithium-ion**.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
- Proficient with tools such as multimeters, battery testers, etc.
- Good physical condition for industrial site work.
