**Role Description**

The Institutional Cash and Trade Data & Analytics Associate will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of analytics, management information reporting, and business technology requirements. This role involves driving efficiency in trade finance processes, collaborating with business and technology teams to implement strategic and tactical initiatives.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Ensure intime and high-quality delivery on individual milestones that are part of ICT’s data analytics, management information reporting and technology requirements across the booking locations.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the various Trade finance for financial institutions business processes.
- Work with Technology teams to implement strategic technology initiatives to transform the trade finance operations.
- Participates in global and local initiatives and projects.

**Your skills and experience**
- University degree in Finance or Technology, or other relevant fields and/or equivalent professional experience required.
- 5+ Years of prior experience in Technology, or other related roles required, preferably with a focus on Trade Finance for Financial Institutions. (TFFI) Working knowledge of trade finance products like letter of credit (LC), trade loans, and financial guarantees.
- Fair understanding of trade finance in the context of emerging markets. Advanced knowledge of Python, Power Query, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and SQL Working knowledge of Tableau and/or Plotly & Dash.
- Working with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous business requirements and collaborating with technology teams to rapidly build proof of concepts to refine ideas and deliver solutions.
- Strong research and analytical skills, combined with a sense of risk awareness. High diligence, accuracy, and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent team player with strong work ethics, combined with a strategic and proactive work approach, able to motivate others and work independently.
- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English required.
- Familiarity with the below topics is a plus:

- Agile ways of working and supporting tools such as JIRA and Confluence Low/No-code tools such as Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Co-Pilot
- Version control software and code repository like Git / Github
