We are looking to add a driven and meticulous Junior Architect to our expanding team. In addition to creating visualizations and helping senior architects during different project phases, the ideal applicant will help with the design and development of architectural plans. Someone with an intense curiosity in architecture and a desire to develop in a team setting would thrive in this position.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of building codes and construction standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Portfolio showcasing academic or professional design work

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Internship or freelance experience in architectural projects
- Interest or exposure to 3D visualization and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape)
- Familiarity with sustainable and green building design principles
