**Operations Supervisor**
- Managing team of Delivery Partners directly on a daily basis
- Drive Delivery Partners efficiencies assigned at an individual level.
- Delivery Partner attendance to be maintained based on daily demand.
- Improve and maintain promised delivery times for better customer experience.
- Conduct field training and accountable for partner behavior with end customer
- Conduct regular field audits for better compliance among Delivery Partners.
- Manage and control voluntary attrition and control absconders by conducting regular engagement activities.
- Provide feedback at individual level on weekly basis
- Ensure excellent customer experience by solving order level escalations.
- Accountable for DE collection amounts on daily basis
- Improve Delivery partner productivity on daily basis.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi - 686668, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
