Front Office Executive

School/ Institution or any education background experience preferred.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (logistics arrangements, schedules, etc.)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- plot no-7, Knowledge Park-2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front Office Executive: 1 year (preferred)
