**Full job description**

We are hiring an Account Assistant for a leading electronics company in Coimbatore and We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounts task that will support the financial team

**Responsibilities**
- Create and update expense reports
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners
- Enter financial transaction into internal databases
- Prepare bank deposits
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as an Account Assistant
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
- Good maths skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

**Qualification: Bcom/ Bsc Math ** in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

**Gender**:Female

**Working hours**: 9.00a.m to 5.30 pm

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
